Unit C in Biology 20 is most students' first introduction to biochemistry. Biochemistry can be very complex. At this level, I don't expect you to know the chemical structure of every intermediate in every cycle. However, something that you are expected to do is explain the general process of photosynthesis. I find it helpful when I can see the entire process on one page. Study the graphic organizer below, as many times as needed (it is only one page!). As you do, relate it back to the overall chemical equation for photosynthesis. You may even want to print this out (email your teacher for a copy) and make note as to what the input and outputs are for the light dependent and independent reactions.
